Marketing Coordinator

More About This Position

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and implementing marketing and advertising plans
  • Assisting in the development of marketing support collateral, including newsletters, website copy and print material
  • Placing all print advertising and ensuring its accuracy and timeliness
  • Providing individualized training to attorneys on their presentation and sales skills
  • Overseeing production of promotional materials
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of e-mail campaigns
  • Overseeing website and social media presence
  • Participating and recommending solutions in the marketing planning process
  • Developing, implementing and using effectiveness measures and analysis to capture and record results from each marketing/advertising initiative
  • Performing other assignments that may be assigned from time to time
  • Placing articles for attorneys
  • Procuring speaking engagements for attorneys

We are looking for a strong team player with great project management, organizational and time management skills. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, advertising or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and managing the production of marketing materials
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, newspapers, website updates and general marketing functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail; proofreading and editing
