Frances R. Morrison
Paralegal
Frances Morrison is a Paralegal in Duggan Bertsch Trust & Estate Planning Group. She assists attorneys on a wide range of trust and estate planning matters, including succession planning, charitable giving, and trust and estate administration. She also assists attorneys with guardianship and conservatorship matters.
Frances frequently helps attorneys assisting families to navigate the process of planning for the future. This includes drafting wills and trusts to achieve security for the next generation.
Prior to working at Duggan Bertsch, Frances was a Paralegal at several well-established law firms in Omaha, NE where she assisted attorneys and clients with estate planning and administration matters.
Frances graduated from College of Saint Mary, with a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies.
