Charles Garman, JD
Charles Garman joined Vandenack Weaver as an attorney in 2021. Charles has amassed experience in trust and probate administrations, debtor/creditor relations, education law as well as health and title insurance law. His military background has given him a strong attention to detail. Charles works in our Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate practice areas.
Charles graduated from Creighton University School of Law. He obtained his B.A. from Augustana University in Sioux Falls and his Abitur from St. Cecilia’s in Wilhelmshaven Germany. He holds an active license to practice in Nebraska and Iowa. It is important to Charles to serve the community and he serves his congregation St. Timothy in Omaha as assistant Minister.
