Meet The Team
William Lundgren is a member of DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC’s Real Estate group. William has extensive experience advising buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchasing, selling, leasing, investing, financing, and dispute resolution. William’s real estate services include:
- Commercial Real Estate Transactions.
- Residential Real Estate Transactions.
- Contract drafting, review and negotiation.
- Commercial Lease drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Review of transaction closing documents, including deeds, bills of sale, and lease assignments,
- Title and Survey review.
- Commercial loan document review and negotiation.
- Closings and title transfers.
William is also experienced in tax law, business law, and estate planning, which enables him to look at each client’s individual situation wholistically and assist with the following:
- Advising clients on the tax implications of real estate investments, including capital gains taxes, property tax assessments, and tax strategies for minimizing liabilities.
- 1031 Exchanges.
- The formation, structuring, and maintenance of business entities.
- Asset Protection by setting up proper legal structures and strategies to minimize exposure to litigation or other financial risks.
- Succession Planning.
William earned his J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law and his B.A. at the University of Nebraska.
