Tracy E. Lyerly is a partner at DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC. She focuses her practice on customized estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.  Tracy counsels clients on: wealth transfer; core estate and trust planning; gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax consequences; use of family entities; business succession planning; premarital planning; and charitable giving.  She also works with both individual and corporate fiduciaries on trust and estate administration matters. 

Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts (in Social Work) from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago.  She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
