Tracy E. Lyerly is a partner at DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC. She focuses her practice on the full range of estate and wealth planning priorities for high-net-worth individuals and families, customized for each client’s particular needs.  For example, Tracy counsels clients on: wealth transfer; trust planning; estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; premarital planning; and charitable giving.

Tracy also counsels individual and corporate fiduciaries on trust and estate administration.

Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts (in Social Work) from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago.  She is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
