Ron Durso
Ron Durso is the Director of Talent Acquisition at DUGGAN BERTSCH and DB Tax & Accounting. Ron has significant experience overseeing and executing on all hiring needs. In addition to his experience in Talent Acquisition, Ron also directs college campus engagement for DB Tax & Accounting. Prior to joining DUGGAN BERTSCH, Ron gained 10 + years of recruiting and leadership experience with companies primarily in the Chemical & Consumer Products, Technology, and Food Production industries. In his free time, Ron advises startups on recruiting talent, and coaching youth sports. Ron earned a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
