Jason A. Orringer, JD
Jason A. Orringer is an attorney in the Estate Planning group who counsels individuals, families, and business owners, with an emphasis on the private client. He focuses his practice on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, business planning, asset protection, trust and estate administration, charitable giving and private foundations, and succession planning. Jason frequently advises clients on developing and implementing comprehensive estate and business planning strategies, establishing family office structures and related entities, and addressing general corporate, tax planning, and compliance matters.
Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Jason received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2023 and his bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2020.
