Chris Riley focuses his practice at DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC on corporate law, representing operating companies, individual business owners, investors, and multi-national corporations. He assists clients with the formation and general legal issues of business entities; the purchase or sale of companies; mergers and acquisitions; divestitures and restructurings; commercial contracting; and a variety of other transactional matters. Chris regularly advises clients in the negotiation and drafting of commercial transactional documents such as asset purchase or stock purchase agreements, operating agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, customer and supplier contracts, vendor agreements, other commercial operational agreements, and entity governance and structuring documentation.

Chris earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 2009, where he majored in Economics, and received his J.D., cum laude, from Chicago Kent College of Law
