Benjamin J. Kemp
Benjamin J. Kemp is an Associate Attorney in Duggan Bertsch’s litigation practice group and works closely with the entertainment and sports law practice groups. Ben’s practice involves a diverse range of civil matters including commercial/business disputes, trust and estate litigation, contract disputes, contract formation and negotiation, and risk management.
Ben is a native of Des Moines, Iowa and recently relocated to Des Moines from Chicago. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Iowa State University in 2017, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2020. Prior to joining Duggan Bertsch, Ben clerked for the Iowa Court of Appeals and worked at a defense side litigation firm in Chicago. Ben is licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Illinois
