Aaron Weinger Ward is an Associate Attorney in Duggan Bertsch’s Estate & Wealth Planning practice group. Aaron works with individuals and families located across the country on sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies. His practice focuses on helping clients preserve and transfer wealth across generations through comprehensive planning tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances. Aaron advises clients on the formation and structuring of entities, succession planning for closely held businesses and family offices, and the administration of trusts and estates following a client’s passing. He takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and their advisors to develop plans that minimize their estate and income tax exposure while achieving their long-term objectives.
Originally from Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Aaron currently resides in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He received his BA from Knox College, and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he received a certificate in tax law. Aaron is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
