Paul M. Novak, CPA, ABV
Extensive and diversified experience in business valuations as well in all aspects of corporate, partnership, individual, trust and estate taxes which has included tax preparation, tax review, tax planning as well as tax consulting services. He has been involved in several types of financial statement analysis and compilation services. He has been involved in numerous business valuations for gift and estate purposes, marital disputes, shareholder disputes and merger and acquisitions. Paul is an Accredited Business Valuator (ABV) and is a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and has graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans with a major in accounting.
