Lauran L. Stevenson concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and private wealth management, business succession planning, business transactions and federal taxation matters.
Lauran routinely prepares estate plans for high net worth individuals as well as more modest estates and believes every person deserves to have an estate plan that is shaped by their own set of unique circumstances, whatever those may be.
Through cultivating strong client relationships, Lauran develops a thorough understanding of the individual needs of her clients. This understanding, combined with her ability to balance the practical needs of client, helps her craft tailored solutions that address the specific needs of the client.
Lauran regularly counsels business start-ups, small businesses, private companies and entrepreneurs on a wide range of transactional legal matters in a variety of industries. Additionally, Lauran has extensive experience in personal and corporate tax matters and has worked on all facets of taxation, from controversy to transactions to planning.
