Benjamin P. Barrett, JD
Benjamin P. Barrett is an Associate Attorney in DUGGAN BERTSCH’s Estate and Wealth Planning practice group. His practice focuses on estate and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, closely held business interests and general corporate matters, with an emphasis on the private client.
Benjamin is from Omaha, Nebraska. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Saint Louis University in 2018. He earned his Juris Doctor from University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law in 2021.
