Meet The Team
Andrew J. Banathy is an associate attorney focusing his practice primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, estate and wealth transfer planning, trust and estate administration, and commercial litigation. Andrew counsels clients on ways to implement comprehensive estate and business entity planning, the creation of family office structures and vehicles, business succession planning, and corporate compliance, maintenance, and governance. His practice further entails representations and negotiations related to a broad range of business and corporate transactions. Andrew earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating with a Certificate in Tax Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
