Rachel M. Feder is an associate who focuses her practice in the areas of trusts and estates, business planning, and taxation issues. Her trusts and estates experience includes estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer tax and business succession planning, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited liability companies, and the preparation of fiduciary tax returns. Her business planning practice includes the formation of business entities, negotiating business acquisitions, drafting business contracts, and managing corporate compliance.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, her Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law, and her Masters of Law (LL.M.) Degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
